Dinosaur Eggs by Colorado River

Updated: Dec 4, 2021

Cathedral Wash Trail -Page, Arizona 2021/5

Near Lees Ferry and the Balanced Rocks in Page, there is a short but extremely exciting hiking trail named Cathedral Wash located in Marble Canyon. It's 3.3 miles and was a small tribute of Colorado River. It's one of the most mythical place I ever been and I felt that I entered into an open cave millions of years ago far far away from reality and surrounded by piles of skeletons of apes and animals.

The most surprising discovery along the trail is what I called "Dinosaur Eggs". There are many giant eggs imbedded in the rocks and the picture of the section of these “eggs” looks just like the section of an egg.

These eggs reminds me of what I read from wikipedia about many dinosaurs found in Horseshoe Canyon Formation, including Albertavenator, Albertosaurus, Anchiceratops, Anodontosaurus, Arrhinoceratops, Atrociraptor, Epichirostenotes, Edmontonia, Edmontosaurus, Hypacrosaurus, Ornithomimus, Pachyrhinosaurus, Parksosaurus, Saurolophus, and Struthiomimus...( from Wikipedia). Then I recalled the giant head of Horseshoe Bend Canyon in Page and thought it could be the head of the "Titan Dinosaur" in previous life cycles on Earth.

Also, the giant dinosaur I found at the south rim of Grand Canyon as shown in the picture below makes sense now.
